fourth of july

Right after we picked up Ruby on Thursday we hopped in the Durango and took off for our holiday camping trip to our favorite spot, Yogi Bear.  We got up Friday morning for a ride on Boo Boo's train.  While we were waiting for our turn I wanted the girls to stop for a quick picture.  Reese wasn't happy that Ruby wasn't sitting on her lap.

There's that better.  A promise that she could hold Ruby next and a hug from Presley.

Then it was time to cool off in the pool.

And then Gabi (and family) came and joined us in time for dinner.

Saturday morning picture time!  Of course we had to get Ruby in the picture too.

Presley was brave enough to try the big slides finally.

And splash pad fun.

Sunday morning we met up with more family (2 uncles and aunts, Mawmaw & Pawpaw) and took 3 boats out on the lake.

Presley wanted to try out the tube with Daddy before she was brave enough to go on a tube by herself.

After the lake we all headed back to our campers for a cook-out.

And of course we had to have some sparkler fun.

We had beautiful weather.

And great company too.

Queenie is still kicking too.  :  )
